Being first-time homebuyers, our home feature and location preferences were constantly evolving throughout the many weeks (months really) of home viewing. Regardless, Jody was very patient with us. She is very knowledgeable of the Northern Virginia area, but more importantly she understood our needs and provided honest (and professional) feedback.

For about a week my wife and I were unable to get a response from our mortgage officer (from our personal bank) once we decided on a home. Jody took the reins and got in contact with the officer's supervisor and managers. Long story short, we can’t imagine successfully going through this process, especially during these crazy times, without Jody Wright. She went above and beyond!
